Have you ever wondered why you are feeling a certain way? Why is it that you are feeling unloved? Mad? Scared? Worried? Do we do it to ourselves? Is it our thought process that does it to us?
If I say that I am feeling unloved? What does that mean? Do I really think that no one loves me? No, that isn't true. I know people love me. There are just times that you wish someone would make you feel special. Would make all the day to day dulldrums go away. Perhaps it is depression...perhaps it is the dreary weather. Perhaps I need a new outlook on life! I have always been told that the power of positive thinking works. Maybe I will give it a try. Maybe, just maybe it will help bring a brighter day. NO, it WILL bring a brighter day. There, I feel better already.
